How It Works

‍For Therapists

1. Find the Video Provider Dropdown – Located at the top of the Playroom.
2. Select a Different Provider – Choose from the available options.
3. Confirm the Switch – The system will automatically change providers.
4. Admit the Client – The client will be prompted to rejoin the session.
5. Continue Your Session – Pick up right where you left off!

For Clients

1. See the Readmission Prompt – You’ll be asked to re-enter the session.
2. Enter Your Name – Just like when you first joined.
3. Wait for the Therapist – The therapist will admit you back in.
4. Resume Your Session – That’s it! You’re back in with no hassle.
